This class of visa is issued to diplomats visiting for official purposes. When you submit the visa application, you are issued with a tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of your application online. See http://www.migration.gov.rw/tracking.php. When the visa is ready, you are sent an email and an sms to inform you that you can pick it up. If the immigration authority needs more information or clarification of the information that was provided, the applicant will be informed.
