Additional information

This resident permit shall be issued to a foreigner considered as an investor intending or engaged on his or her account in other investments in Rwanda. The investor must have been certified by Rwanda Development Board.

Eligible dependants may accompany the principal applicant. But will have to apply for M2 resident permit.
